FAQ
Who are your properties suitable for?
Our properties are designed for theatre and performing arts professionals, including actors, stage crew, dancers, musicians, and production staff who need a medium-term stay of a few weeks to a few months.
What types of properties do you offer?
We have shared houses (ideal for cast members) and self-contained one- and two-bedroom flats for those wanting more privacy. All are fully furnished and move-in ready.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we usually take a security deposit equivalent to 4–6 weeks’ rent, refundable at the end of your stay provided the property is returned in good condition.
How do I book a property?
Simply contact us with your dates, number of people, and preferred type of accommodation. We’ll confirm availability, send you the tenancy agreement, and arrange your move-in
How quickly can I move in?
In many cases, we can arrange for you to move in within a few days, depending on availability and reference checks.
What is a “medium-term” let?
A medium-term let is typically between 4 weeks and 6 months — longer than a holiday rental but shorter than a standard 12-month tenancy. This suits theatre contracts, tour dates, and seasonal productions.
Are bills included in the rent?
Yes. Essential utilities — including gas, electricity, water, and broadband — are included unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Are pets allowed?
This depends on the property and landlord. Please check the specific listing or contact us to discuss pet-friendly options.
Do you provide bedding, kitchenware, and other essentials?
Yes. All our properties are fully equipped with bedding, towels, kitchenware, and appliances, so you can walk in and start living comfortably right away.
Can I extend my stay if my production run changes?
We will always try to accommodate extensions where possible, but this will depend on the property’s availability.
